Goto function to get from email page to contact

I am new and have Zoho CRM with the mail add-on.
When I am looking at an email, I have the options to Add to Contacts or CRM. If they are already in the Contacts, it says so but I can't move from the mail to see the contact info. Sometimes the only information in the email about the contact is the email address so so far I have to copy the email address and search the contacts for the contact information (and the previous email and so on).

Or am I missing something? Is there a way to navigate from the email to the contact?
(If not, that would be an awesome option since clearly the program communicates between the email info and contact info in come way already or it wouldn't know the person was already in contacts.)
