We've noticed an issue with the a pivot table we are using; one column ('Total Work Hours') is adding up the Top Ten highest values correctly to show the Grand Summary, however the 'Tickets' column's Grand Summary is adding up all available Tickets, not just the Top Ten (which should equal 14155, not 21483). 

How can we get the Grand Summary to show a total of just those tickets in the Top Ten?
