Great product but ...

Hi there,

First let me congratulate you on another great Zoho product ... after weeks of trials of the competition my company has settled on Zoho Projects to manage our technology team :-)

I have a couple of feature requests though:

1. Export just a specific milestone ( or set of milestones ) and associated tasks - at the moment you can only filter on each users tasks or export for all users. I then have to go into Excel and cut out all the tasks for long term milestones before our weekly team meeting.

2. Some way to print out milestones/tasks in a nice "meeting friendly" manner - although point 1 above would solve this to some extent.

3. The ability to move entire task lists (not just the tasks) between milestones - athough I guess I can do this by making the list a template, deleting it, then re-creating it from the template in the new milestone and finally delete the template.... hmm - a little long winded!

4. Mobile access - It would be awesome to have access to the data from a PDA/phone.

5. It would be really nice to have API access to the data (like BaseCamp) so I can integrate some of the data right into our in-house software.

Of these items I see 1&2 as being critical to the effective use of the product in a team environment - you can't always have your meetings around a computer. Item 3 would be great for usability and ease of re-scheduling a project. Items 4&5 would just add that extra "awesome" factor, but I understand that its a tough request and low priority.
