Group Contacts

According to the user guide, we should be able to set up organisation contacts, personal contacts and group contacts. We have successfully set up organisation and personal contacts (and categorised them) but we can find no way of adding Group Contacts.

We have two organisation groups, one of which has a subset of users for which we want to set up specific contacts. Can this be done and if so which part of the system needs to be accessed to do so?
