I have a group email,
underwriting@tranzpay.io. When I set my gravity form notification to send an email to that address it doesn't arrive. However, if i send and email to
underwriting@tranzpay.io from my personal gmail account, it arrives fine.
I have also changed the notification email in gravity forms to my personal email and it also works fine...so that rules out that.
Not sure if it is a gravity forms issue or a zoho group emali issue.
Here are my logs from Gravity Forms showing the email is being sent:
