I have real estate data I'm working with and want to show how many agents sell 1 house a year, how many sell 2 homes per year, etc.

I'm trying to make a chart and not sure how to define the X and Y axis.  

Each row in my table is 1 real estate transaction with an associated agent ID.  

It will look something like this when complete
