I'm setting up a group that will have two members from my Zoho organization and about 12 others outside it.  Questions:

1. When group members reply to an e-mail from the group, I want the "Reply To:" to be the group address.  How do I do that?

2. Under the Advanced tab for the group settings, there is a section titled "Email Delivery and Permissions."  A) What is the purpose of "Deliver Email only if the group email address is in To or Cc"  How else could e-mail be delivered to the group without it?  B) "Allow members of the group to send email using Group Email Address as From address."  This sounds like it might be the solution I'm looking for, but how would the group members implement this setting?
