Gsuite and Alias Error: The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization.

Gsuite and Alias Error: The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization.

I had my email previously with Gsuite but I have canceled that and am now using Zoho.
I signed up using the prefix for my domain email as "dustin" and that works fine. But when I
go to add an email alias your system gives me this error:

"The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization."

How exactly do I disassociate my email with Gsuite so I can add an alias with my Zoho account?
