Dear Zoho One,

We are two companies running different business (service and sales) in UAE. 

Let me explain - 

Company 1 - A contractor
Company 2 - A consultant, Service company 

Marketing, Sales, Projects, Accounts and HR are individuals working for both companies simultaneously. 

Inquiries are received from 2 individual websites. 

We have: -  
  • 1 CEO / Technical Director 
  • 1 General Manager / Sales Manager
  • 1 Marketing Person 
  • 1 Salesperson - 
  • 2 Engineers
  • 3 Field Staff
  • 1 Accountant
  • 1 HR
How do we have on Zoho One License for the similar users manage 2 companies with simultaneously with relevant signatures and communication. Both companies have 2 TRN Numbers in UAE and pay VAT independently. Ownership is under the same person.
