Hi all,
I set up a group email for my organization, and set the membership settings to "Private." I then added several people. At least one of them got an add confirmation.
However, when I send an email to the group email, no one gets the email. Additionally, when I try to change someone's role from Member to Moderator, I get this error:
User(s) "[email]" may not belong to this organization, kindly check and try again
With "[email]" being the email I tried to promote to Moderator.
Any ideas?
