Having Problems w/ Google Apps

I went to activate in gmail yesterday and had the administrator add Zoho Projects as an app and when she did it I was able to click on zoho projects from within gmail and be signed into our zoho project. Today that's not the case, I get an error message stating I need to request permission.

In addition, yesterday when I thought it was working I didn't have an option to add users for this project click here so I wasn't able to see all of the users in gmail and I can't add tasks to my gmail calendar when I'm creating tasks. The only thing that was able to work for me was adding events in my google calendar.

I'm not the administrator for our gmail but I am the administrator for zoho as I'm the lead project manager so I really need to figure out how this works so I can create users and have them be able to seamlessly integrate with gmail.
