I feel we customers of ZR are nothing but beta testers for this new platform. I find all the time issues to be changed and corrected. Some of them are bugs, some just bad architecture and stupid development. Some can be fixed but I feel it is not my job to configure the system to work as what it is meant to be.
I have spent a lot of time trying to find a good way to configure the fields and processes to make it work a good way for a recruiter like me. Too much trouble. Now I don´t know what to do. I think soon I have to look for some other solution. Let´s see now.
