Help!!! How can I get my users plugged in to use the Forum a

I have set up a project and my team is excited to contribute. BUT,they can't! They can't see the Forum nor can they create tasks. Can you please get bak to me? We're on Day 1 of the project and this is critical. Your help file do not tell me how to grant users pemissions to contribute. I'm using the free plan (1 project) but I don't recall that there was a limitation on interactivity between users.
