HELP ASAP: doesn't allow me to buy additional storage

HERE IS WHAT I TRIED:
1) Clicked 'upgrade plan' on Windows 10 desktop app. Opens a page. Goes to error. Already logged in with my email account on both the desktop and browser.
2)
https://www.zoho.com/docs/zoho-docs-pricing.html. There is no option to buy, just TRY. So clicking try (for 100Gb plan). It opens my docs. Does not upgrade from 5->100GB limit.
3) Logged out from desktop, browser. Re-logged in--still same problems.
This is very very annoying!
