Hi Zoho Desk Team,

Basically in Help Center Portal, when there is no active blueprint there is a "Close Ticket" button in the requestors view of the ticket.

But when a blueprint is active, there is no more "Close ticket" button.

So my question is, is there a way to add a "Close ticket" button even if a blueprint is active?
