I want to change my current mailbox email address, but when a try to add new Mailbox alias I get this message:  Alias Email Id already exists

I want to add a new alias with support@.... and add it to the primary mailbox address so I can receive and send emails from new email.

(I've created a few weeks ago an account with support@... email and then deleted it, I think it's because of that)
