Help - Checkin doesn't actually check in the file?

Help - Checkin doesn't actually check in the file?

I'm probably missing something obvious but how do I actually UPLOAD the latest version of a file that I checked out and downloaded in Zoho Docs?  When I click Check-In it never prompts me for the file to upload - it just unlocks the existing file on the server.

What am I missing??
