I recently swtiched from google suite to Zoho. I went through the DNS settings per the instructions. I had one email account with google prior to switching.

I am able to add new emails under the domain on zoho and they work fine.

The account I had with google says user not found when I try to migrate.

The account no longer works with Gmail and I cant add to Zoho due to the error when I try to migrate.

So the account is stuck in limbo....
