Is there any way of showing the Unique ID on the form submission? So that it is displayed on the PDF that gets emailed across?

Also I am struggling to resize the images that are displayed - is there a way of choosing what size? I want to be able to display say 3 images side by side. Currently I can only manage to place them on top of each other?
