I sent my first campaign just fine last week. I am ready to schedule it for tomorrow and there is no send now, schedule later buttons. They have disappeared it seems.

I have sent the email for review, it passed. I don't know what else to do to get the send buttons to show. All parts of the email are filled out, subject, preview text, recipients, header/footer.
