Help - training required

Hello I sent an email inquiring about 2weeks ago about Zoho training. I just wanted to follow up on my inquiry as I have not received a response. My query was regarding the capabilities and any training programs offered by Zoho. I have been using the program for approx 12 months and never received any formal training on the system. I feel it is very limited and time consuming. Some of the issues I have encountered: • Marking candidates unsuccessful and notifying them by email. I have to individually send each candidate an email and then unassosciate them or if I am trying to cull a panel and bulk notify, when it sends an email it then 'un-ticks' the applicants I have 'ticked' and sent the email to. The means I have go search through which applicants I want to Un-assosiate • Repeat Offenders - when candidates apply for several jobs, using the same name and email address but their previous applications do not show up on their profile and how do you merge two profiles together e.g. if you search Senju Francis - she has two profiles with several jobs on each profile I am interested in undertaking some training to better utilize the system, could you please advise how I can access some further training Regards
