HELP! Trying to setup an automation for a look up field to be updated
We have a Charm EHR integration setup with Zoho. In order for the data to read to Charm from Zoho and vice versa a look up field titles facilities must be updated with the facility info. There's only one facility for all of our needs and I need to have an automation in place that auto fills this facility info into the look up field with the Contacts (patients) module.
Please help!!
