Help unblocking my account.

Hello,

My account has been blocked for the last 3 days and I cannot receive or send any emails.
I tried contacting zoho support for help on both my zoho account and another email account but my issue still hasn't been solved.

My issue is pressing as I need to use my account for business purpose so I'd like to ask for help unblocking my account.
Or, if zoho refuses to unblock my account, that they clearly say so so that I might take the necessary steps for my business to change email account.
