Hello, I started creating an e-mail account zoho for the domain www.grupoacaorural.com.br, the code was sent to the mobile number. My computer quit unexpectedly before completing the validation.

When trying to give continuity I received the following message "Oops, it seems you have not verified your primary mobile number yet".

The problem is that I forgot the password I had set. The email that was being created is thiago.quinaia@grupoacaorural.com.br. Zoho does not recognize the e-mail, however it says that the domain is already registered. When using the phone number, zoho simply says that it is pending the validation code.

It does not let me reset the password because the validation code was not used, I can not get into new code because I forgot the password. You can help me because my domain is stuck in this situation.
