Hi

I've been trying to import orders from my ecommerce package. I have set up a CSV file with some sample orders and have been trying to match the fields. I created new fields - see images (also a copy of the CSV).

But I am getting orders skipped because of 'Could not find a matching parent record for this lookup field. - Product Category.' and 'Unknown date format: please use the date format chosen during import. - Closing Date.'

The date format I can probably fix. But I need to be able to map all the fields and have them appear as part of the order information.

And finally... in the future I may want to use Zapier to automate the order process. I have used the webhooks in Zapier to extract records from my website, but can't get the data imported.
