Help with Social Bulk Scheduler for Twitter please?

I continue to receive an error that my Excel spreadsheet isn't formatted correctly for date and time, though I used the sample.csv and simply changed the dates (and of course the text column contents).  I've tried both CSV and XLSX formats, forcing a leading zero (for example, '06/27/2017) and not forcing it.  I've tried 12-hour clock time and 24-hour clock time.  Still the same "here's why" error and "Error: Please specify dates in this format: MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM. For example, for July 5, 2016, 1:45 pm; it'll be 07/05/2016 13:45."


Since I can't post a the file itself, here's a screenshot.  The # and @ signs aren't the problem, as I've set that field to text.
