Help with Workflow automation setup

How can I automate my contact with Candidates? I need to have a way of being reminded when a Candidate hasn't replied to a certain email. I've checked Forums and found Workflow automation that may work, but I must be using an older version of Recruit because I don't have a Setup option at the top right of my version of Recruit. I appreciate your help.
