I am transferring my email from google app for work to Zoho mail.

I really like your service. It's SO much better than Google app for work for my needs.

I created sales@, talent@, recruitment@mydomainname.com .

I want to transfer info@. That's the one I originally had at Google app for work. 

However, when I first created an account with Zoho mail, I used info@mydomainname.com to create an account. 

Now I don't  have access to it, I cancel my Google App for work account for info@mydomainname.com.

When I try to create info@mydomainname.com in Zoho, it tells me that the username already exists. Even though I don't see it in my control panel.
