Ho to restrict access to row level to Zoho Analytics users

Let me explain the scenario we are trying to achieve. We have an online system our team members work with. On it we have 6 users that manage data from different areas (North, South, East and West).

We would like to transfer this information to a Zoho Analytics dataset and buid a panel of dashboards where they can visualize some KPI's obtained from this data.

Problem is that we would like users from North area to veiw only data related to North area, South users to Shouth data..... etc, and of course that users will not be able to change the "filtering parameters" in the URL or so (Get parameters).

Also we would like to create a button in our system that will call a new browser page with the url needed to open this dasboards panel.

Is it possible to build with Zoho Analytics? Could you please explain me the steps I must execute and the items and prices we would need to hire from Zoho Analytics?
