Horrible Zoho One Support
Hi,
We are Zoho One users in India. Are we the only ones facing such a horrible service support from Zoho?
Phone line is always un-answered. Chat discussions seem automated as the executives are not ready to understand our problems and oh god... mail conversations just go on and on without solutions.
I am really struggling now. We had to delay salary payments to our team because of a misunderstanding within the Zoho team and eventually I had to pay extra for a few licenses. Still my will get their salaries after the scheduled date.
