I have a hiring manager setup with a Guest login to ZR, and he is named as the hiring manager for a particular job. I was showing him how to view candidates when I realized he cannot download candidate resumes or rank the candidates. This creates additional work for me because I have to forward all the resume files to him and tag all candidates myself.
Are there any plans to allow Guests to download resumes and to indicate which candidates they are interested in? I don't want to give full Admin rights to hiring managers because I don't want them to be able to delete any records from the system.
On a separate note, it would be nice if the "Forward to Hiring Manager" feature allowed us to forward resumes to any email address we choose, because there is often more than one person involved in the decision.
