How can I access all the user's fields from Client table?

How can I access all the user's fields from Client table?

Dear Support, I'm using the reports module inside the Recruit. Could you tell me please how can I reach all the fields (include user's fields) from my Client table? eg I need the Account Executive from specific Cliente as a filter at a report. Thank Paulo Miguel.
