How can I allow group emails be sent without waiting approval from a mail moderator?

How can I allow group emails be sent without waiting approval from a mail moderator?

Im new- and when I send a group email I noticed I have to approve a group email??
In the mail moderator folder it has two options - approve and bounce back - Will bounce back allow the group email to be sent??
