How can I create create a workflow based on the 100% completion of a Zoho project associated with a contact or account?

I have integrated Zoho Projects with the CRM and would like to know if and how it's possible to kick off a workflow generated task based on 100% completion of an associated project. At minimum, I'd like an auto-created task (that will remind me of the next step to take in the process) that sends me an email notification once created. Any suggestions would be highly valued. Thanks.
