I am evaluating Zoho One with a trial account, and trying to figure out how I would go about importing a list that would include some existing accounts/contacts as well as some new ones. The instructions I saw in the documentation (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/data-administration/import-data/articles/import-data#Import_Data_to_a_Module) describes what I think would work for me, but it does not seem to function that way in CRM. The system forces me to select which other CRM I am migrating data from, does not let me choose to both update existing data and add new data, does not give me the option of ignoring empty fields, requires me to include an account number, etc. Am I looking at an article for a different version of CRM? How can I achieve what I want to do? We can't use this system if I can't easily update existing data. Please, I need info ASAP while my trial account is still active.
