How can I open SHEET with a saved sheet of my own?

How can I open SHEET with a saved sheet of my own?

Sheet opens with a blank new sheet.

Then I have to go to File Open and select a sheet of my own to open (almost always the same one).

Is it possible to change a setting (I haven't been able to find one) which opens a sheet of my choice instead of the blank one when I open SHEET ?
