How can I turn off e-mail notifications in ZOHO Sheet?

How can I turn off e-mail notifications in ZOHO Sheet?

I have previously uploaded several Excel sheets into ZOHO sheet and had checked the box to let me know when changes were made. I now would like to turn this feature off because it is not helpful to me any more.

Can I do this? If so, where do I go to turn it off?
