How can you embed the zoho Chat hyperlink in a banner AD that directs the visitor to your website and fires an event?

Currently on my site ( http://store.interstateproducts.com/products/Ice_Melts) I have embedded a link in a Hero Image.

I wish to fire this event from an Adwords Advert to take them to my page and initiate a chat session.

Is anyone doing this?  IF so How, Please and Thank you,  -Steve
