how contact candidates from prior job application

I would like to send a message to all candidates from a prior job they applied for but given they were all at different status levels - is there a way I can send all applicants a message? I don't want to have to tick every single status option to ensure I include all candidates. I can't seem to see how I could even create a report based on job id alone. Any help appreciated.
