How can I display the cell contents from another sheet using sheet index rather than sheet name?

How can I display the cell contents from another sheet using sheet index rather than sheet name?

I have a workbook that it is every expanding and the name of the worksheets change.  However I always want to display information on the first worksheet that is pulled from the 4th worksheet, despite the 4th sheet name changes.
