How do clients connect channels without giving us their social passwords?
I know I can send clients a link to the Client Portal. But the client portal does not have an area where they can connect their social channels.
At the moment I think only agency owners can connect channels, which means they have to ask clients to share their sensitive login information for each social media channel and set it up on their behalf.
I can tell you now, if I am using Zoho Social to run a social media agency, my clients will NOT want to give us their sensitive login information. No one will share their business usernames and passwords for their social channels.
Am I missing something here? How do clients connect their social channels without giving us their social usernames and passwords?
There should be a way for clients to connect channels inside the Client Portal on their own - but I cannot find that anywhere.
