How do I add an employee to Mail without mail hosting?

How do I add an employee to Mail without mail hosting?

Hi 

I signed up for Zoho 2 years back and was able to use POP3 to access my email (which is hosted on InMotionHosting) without mail being hosted by Zoho. I recently created an account for an employee and want her to access email (and eventually CRM) but WITHOUT mail hosting.

I got an email saying   To create mailbox click the link : https://zmail.zoho.com/mailadmin/reqMB.do?uname=mfaruolo10

However, when I click the link, nothing happens.

We need to set up Email/CRM quite quickly - please help.
