How do I add instructions (large amount of text) to the candidate form?

How do I add instructions (large amount of text) to the candidate form?

I can not add text to the candidate form. I need to include additional instructions when applying to indicate the affirmative action requirements and can not add that much text. Anyone know how to do this?
