Need to buy an extra user but Subscription Manage page malfunctioning - Why won't anyone answer? 20 days waiting for support! I pay you $168 a year!
I have seven email users (a 6-user account plus an add-on). I need to buy another add-on user. It looks like I should be able to do it in Control Panel - Subscription - Manage (as shown in the zoho
help pages ).
However, that just gives me the content in the screenshot here:

It shows my account as it was the day I made it. It has a message that my account will be activated soon (this was nearly a year ago and the account is active). My seventh user is not shown, and there are no links to add more users the way there are on the help pages.
It looks like my manage page might be stuck on an old message. Clicking the X does nothing in Firefox or IE. This might be why I can't actually manage anything.
Can you fix my Subscription - Manage page please?
