How do I change the result layout from a search done through candidate profile while associating a job?

How do I change the layout for the jobs I searched for from the following scenario?: Starting from a candidate's profile: 1. I scroll down and click "add existing jobs" to associate this candidate to a job 2. I do a search to pull up the list of jobs to associate this candidate to. How do I change the result layout from the search? I see a list of jobs, but I would like to add Client name, start date, etc to the search results from this process. Any tips wold be helpful.
