How do I check my open rate on my emails I send out?

How do I check my open rate on my emails I send out?

I am trying to figure out if my emails are going to spam filters at the companies that I send them to.  Can anyone tell me how I check to see my open rate or bounce rate?  This will help me identify a potential problem with my email marketing efforts.
