How exactly do I connect Instagram to my brand?

The help page says to 'click on Connect Instagram from the pop-up window', but I see no pop-up window. The help page has no clear instructions for where I should find it.

I have found a page which lists social channels (see the attached screenshot) but I see no 'pop-up window' or any other button to add another social channel.
