How do I customise the 'From' field to display First name & Last name?

How do I customise the 'From' field to display First name & Last name?

Currently when I send an email, it is displayed to the recipient as from 'First name'. I want it to be shown as from 'First name' + 'Last name', but can't see where I can configure this?
