How do I get new subscribers from my inbox to contacts

I am trying to find a way to streamline the process of extracting names, email, etc that I get from new subscribers. These emails with new subscribers come to my inbox from my website. I need to move them either to contacts or some other program. This so that I can send them email messages in the future automatically. Either to my external autoresponder or something that zoho offers.

Any suggestions?
