I would like to insert a link within a Knowledge Base article to a different section of that same article.

The section I want to link to is formatted with the Heading 3 style and is displayed within my TOC.  However, I do not see any way to add a link further up in the article, so that when a user clicks the text highlighted here: 

They are simply sent further down in the same article to this section:
